As of July 1st, 2024, the new Case Conceptualization form can be used for certification purposes—specifically, to accompany ratings of recordings for individual certification. There will be a six-month period, until the end of 2024, when applicants for individual certification can choose whether to use the old or new case conceptualization form.  From January 1st, 2025, the old form will become obsolete, and any recording submitted for rating for individual certification purposes must be accompanied by the new form.
