We are pleased to announce our next Supervisor Skills Development webinar, which will begin in February 2025. All of the information is below but please write with any questions about your eligibility or about our course.

High quality schema therapy supervision is essential for the development of highly competent schema therapists.

This webinar is comprised of 4 training modules, 3 hours each.

The Webinar includes:

• The general approach to supervision based on the Schema Therapy model.

• The 3 roles of a Schema Therapy Supervisor – Teacher, Mentor & Therapist.
  

• A detailed introduction of the Case Conceptualization Form & Case Conceptualization Rating Scale.

• Guidance for common obstacles that arise for Supervisor and Supervisee. 

• Supervisee Schema & Mode activation. 

• Video vignettes illustrating how to overcome various types of challenges in supervision 

• A complete review of the Schema Therapist Competency Rating Scale.

• Impediments to supervision.

(When the forum allows, practice exercises and demonstrations will be included)
