Workshop Description:

This three day workshop covers the foundations of schema therapy with complex cases.

By the end of the course, you will have an understanding of and core skills in:

ST Theory and Evidence Base
ST Assessment
Mode Formulation
Limited Reparenting
Empathic Confrontation and Limit Setting
Imagery Rescripting
Chair work
Using the Therapy Relationship for change and
Navigating endings in ST
